Personal Profile

My motto: Fortune favors the brave.

I am 38 years old, over 16 years been in the IT, designing, programming, deploying and testing software. I was creating Java, PHP, Ruby and C# applications. Last years spent in the robust agile environement delivering ruby applications.

In addition to the software development I am interested in IT management. I have been introducing and leading projects utilizing agile and waterfall techniques. I've been building and working in the true Scrum teams as a Certified Scrum Master. I was delivering as a mentor, manager and engineer.

Privately I am the father of two smart boys. I’m also a former president of the Warsaw’s Rotaract Club which is a Rotary’s International program for youth.

Scrum master

Kantar, EL Passion, 2013 - 2018

As a certified scrum master I was responsible for supporting teams in everyday work. Continuously looking for improvements and interesting retrospective ideas. I attend to Agile Warsaw meetings and local conferencies.

Kantar Poland, 2018 - Current

In Kantar I'm responsible for the IT strategy, budgeting, coordination all related contracts, software development and the infrastructure.

Software developer

Imetria S.A., Cersoft, Kantar Millward Brown, EL Passion 2001 - 2018

As a software developer I've been working mainly on systems accessible with browser (Software As a Service). I have experience with backend (RESTful services, SOAP, APIs) and frontend (Javascript with jQuery, SASS, Bootstrap), currently developing with Rails with all engineering goodies like fast deployment and automatic tests
